How to provide compliments, complaints, and concerns:
There are two options for providing feedback about the care you receive at the Bowen Island Community Health Centre.
If you would like to provide feedback to Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), their Patient Care Quality Office is an accessible and transparent point of contact regarding the quality of care you received. They can help with compliments, complaints, and requests for assistance or information.
