We need your support — now, more than ever
More than 500 families on Bowen Island are already donors to the Bowen Island Community Health Centre — sending a strong signal that increased on-island access to primary and urgent care health care is important to them and the community.
Those generous donations have allowed us to begin construction and move the project forward. But COVID, increased labour costs and project delays have increased the project cost and we need increased financial support to get us over the finish line.
If health care close to home, no more ferry trips to appointments in town, and access to care that other BC communities currently enjoy matters to you, please consider making a contribution today. Many of our donors have made substantial gifts and we need more of those; we can’t get where we need to go on small donations alone. And that said, no gift is too small. All donations of $25 or more are eligible for a charitable donation tax receipt.
If you are considering a substantial gift, please contact Colleen O’Neil (colleenoneil@bowenhealthcentre.com) or Bill Brown (billbrown@bowenhealthcentre.com) and we will be happy to make a presentation and discuss the best way to structure your donation. All donations of $25 or more are eligible for a charitable donation tax receipt.
We’ve made it as easy as possible to give. Click on the boxes below to donate online or by e-transfer, by cheque, by donating securities or by making a pledge. Thank you for the support.
